- Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival date: 100%.
- Between 21 and 8 days before arrival date: 50%
- More than 3 weeks before arrival date: €25
- If non-refundable rate plan: no refund possible

Advance payments are not refundable, only converted into a gift voucher and only valid in case of timely cancellation.
